International Shipping

International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination.

Tracking

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Packages marked “Delivered” by the carrier are considered complete.

If a package is lost during transit, we will assist you with filing a carrier claim.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address

If the address provided is incorrect and your package returns to us, you will be responsible for reshipping costs.
